Cancellation
We understand that mistakes happen. Because we begin processing orders quickly, we offer a strict 1-hour cancellation window:
- Time Limit: You may request a full cancellation and refund within 1 hour of placing your order.
- After 1 Hour: Once this window has passed, materials may be allocated or production may begin. At that point, the order is locked in and cannot be canceled or modified.
